Kale salad with blue cheese, caramelized California pecans, cranberries and a Dijon, lime & sesame vinaigrette

2nd course

Seafood Ravioli
Lobster, scallops, shrimp and crab meat with lobster bisque cognac sauce and black truffle 

Provimi Veal Chop
Charlevoix Veal crusted with fine herbs, pan roasted & served with roasted potatoes, caramelized yellow carrots, Brussels sprouts,
and white asparagus in a veal & thyme au jus sauce 

Filet Mignon Brûlé
Filet mignon tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto di Parma topped with Brie cheese and served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, red wine and veal reduction.

New York Striploin served with a wild mushroom ragout, mashed potatoes and a wine reduction 

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Ahi tuna crusted in white sesame seeds served with baby bok choy, crispy rice coconut cake, yuzu & soy vinaigrette
