Provimi Veal Chop

Charlevoix Veal crusted with fine herbs, pan roasted & served with

roasted potatoes, caramelized yellow carrots, Brussels sprouts,

and white asparagus in a veal & thyme au jus sauce


Filet Mignon Brûlé

Filet mignon tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto di Parma

topped with Brie cheese and served with

Yukon gold mashed potatoes, red wine and veal reduction.

New York Striploin served with a wild mushroom ragout,

mashed potatoes and a wine reduction


Sesame Crusted Halibut

Halibut crusted in white sesame seeds served with
baby bok choy, crispy rice coconut cake, yuzu & soy vinaigrette
