Discover 40 Westt, Montreal’s West Island’s best kept secret, located minutes from the airport and within proximity of downtown, offering an unsurpassed dining experience in its “Hotel Look” ambiance.


Our establishment serves the finest corn-fed Ontario beef under our own 40 Westt BELVEDERE BRAND label. We date and DRY-AGE our product for four or more weeks in our meat lockers, that are on display to all our guests. This is a way of monitoring our dry-age beef every step of the way.


All our beef and fresh fish are on display in our open market where guests may choose among our various selections. 40 Westt features great martinis and delectable table d’hôte selections along with electric live jazz performances.


Whether you’re enjoying a succulent steak, sampling our freshly shucked oysters, indulging on one of our sinful desserts or enjoying the smooth sound of soul; 40 Westt has all the ingredients for a memorable evening.
