Yellow & red cherry tomatoes, caramelized California pecans,

roasted apple, white balsamic lavender honey-vinaigrette

3rd Course

Pont-neuf potatoes, glazed asparagus, baby artichokes and truffle butter

Crusted with roasted caramelized black garlic, Cipollini onions, morel mushrooms,

 Brussels sprouts, Yukon purée, Cabernet Sauvignon reduction
