2nd course

Lobster tail and lobster claw roasted in White wine, baby clams, fresh tomatoes & capers tossed in linguini pasta

Provimi Veal Chop
Charlevoix Veal crusted with fine herbs, pan roasted & served with roasted potatoes, caramelized yellow carrots,
Brussels sprouts, and white asparagus in a veal & thyme au jus sauce

Filet Mignon Brûlé
Filet mignon tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto di Parma topped with Brie cheese and served
with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, red wine and veal reduction. 

NY Carpet Bag
New York Striploin served with a wild mushroom ragout, mashed potatoes and a wine reduction

Roasted Alaskan Halibut
Pan roasted filet of Halibut with fine herbs and served with Romanesco Broccoli, yellow pattypan
& a  mango and tomato chutney in a Basil-Mint Emulsion.
